AI Systems Architect

I build the systems
that make AI useful.

I design and build AI operating systems that connect models, data, workflows, and people—turning business knowledge into practical software that gets work done.

The implementation layer

Models are powerful.
Implementation creates value.

The hardest part of enterprise AI is not choosing a model. It is understanding the business well enough to redesign how information moves, how decisions are made, and how work gets completed.

I don’t build prompts. I engineer AI systems.

Selected inventions

Different industries.
One systems mindset.

These are not generic AI wrappers. Each began with a real operational problem and became a purpose-built intelligence system.

Personal intelligence

FamilyOS

A private executive-assistant system for busy families. It turns voice notes, screenshots, emails, and documents into coordinated schedules, reminders, responsibilities, and proactive daily guidance.

03

Construction intelligence

JobTools

A suite of AI-powered tools for builders, including plan-based estimating and collaborative budget tracking. It extracts details from construction documents and converts them into structured, actionable project data.

The shared architecture

Not random apps.
A repeatable system.

Across industries, the same core ideas turn fragmented information into operational intelligence.

InterfaceHuman control
01Domain first

Start with how the business actually works—not with an AI feature looking for a use.

02Structured memory

Turn conversations and documents into durable organizational knowledge.

03Specialized agents

Give each intelligent component a defined role, tools, context, and boundaries.

04Human authority

Use AI to increase judgment and leverage while keeping consequential decisions controlled.

How I work

From operational problem
to working intelligence.

I combine entrepreneurial problem-finding with system architecture and hands-on implementation.

01

Understand the work

Map the real workflow, information sources, decisions, bottlenecks, and competitive knowledge.

02

Design the system

Define specialized agents, data structures, memory, guardrails, interfaces, and human checkpoints.

03

Build the operating layer

Connect models to software, databases, documents, APIs, and the people who perform the work.

04

Improve through use

Deploy narrowly, learn from real behavior, and evolve the system into durable business infrastructure.

What the work combines

01

AI agents

Specialized roles that reason, route, verify, and act within defined boundaries.

02

Knowledge systems

Structured organizational memory that models entities, relationships, facts, and context.

03

Workflow software

Purpose-built interfaces and automations designed around the way work actually happens.

04

Decision intelligence

Signals, recommendations, alerts, and explanations delivered where decisions are made.

05

Data integration

Documents, voice, email, APIs, databases, and proprietary knowledge connected into one system.

About Jason

I approach AI as an entrepreneur first.

I look for valuable problems hiding inside ordinary work—manual processes, disconnected knowledge, missed opportunities, and decisions that depend too heavily on who happens to know what.

Then I design the system that should exist: the interface people use, the intelligence behind it, the data it remembers, the agents that perform specialized work, and the safeguards that keep humans in control.

My background spans entrepreneurship, construction, technology integration, product development, and hands-on software building. That combination lets me move between business strategy and technical implementation without losing sight of either.

Build what should exist

Have an important workflow
AI could transform?

I work with leaders who understand their business deeply and want to turn that knowledge into a practical AI system.
